EASY Veal Ragù
This easy veal ragu uses veal shanks and cooks in a low temperature oven for 2 hours to become tender and delicious. Then the veal is removed, shredded, and added back to the sauce, at which point al dente tagliatelle is added to the Veal Ragu. A sprinkle of parmesan is the perfect way to finish.

No garlic?! No basil?! This is bruschetta. Looks good though.
It's basically a pico de gallo, but instead of cilantro it's basil, use of onion and the addition of olive oil and probably garlic. I love this stuff. I was thinking of doing videos on how I cook too, and this would possibly be a good one to start with, showing my version (I put a little aged balsamic vinegar in mine). And sometimes bruschetta is more like a spread instead of being small to large chunks. Have you ever tried using sun dried tomatoes? It's delicious too!

Pro tip, instead of randomly unevenly drizzling olive oil on the bread before baking, just get a bowl and give each piece a quick dip. You will get a more consistent product and only takes an extra minute to do.
